Shipping and Handling 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. 

Once processed all orders are shipped within 10-12 business days via ground shipping and a tracking number will be supplied to you via email.

Due to the made to order nature of our business, all fur, mink, and jacket sales are final. If a mistake is made on our behalf, we may grant an exchange or store credit to replace the item. 

We will honor exchanges and/or store credit for accessories if they are returned with all of their original tags and have not been worn.
